To minimize electricity waste, we have taken several measures:

In this process, we began the renovation and extension of our house, ensuring that we respected insulation standards and integrating quality joinery. We have taken specific measures to promote energy efficiency, notably by installing LED lamps, known for their low consumption, as well as solar lamps in the garden and on the grounds.

As part of an energy saving perspective, we have equipped the house exclusively with class A+ and A++ appliances, thus minimizing our energy costs. We also opted for the latest generation reversible air conditioning, from the DAIKIN brand, renowned for their efficiency and low consumption.mation.

For more detailed management of the interior temperature, temperature and humidity sensors (XIAOMI) have been installed in all rooms, allowing you to view this information and adjust the air conditioning or heating accordingly.

Keen to reduce our environmental impact, we invested in a heat pump to heat the pool water, using a cover (roller shutter) to speed up the heating process without consuming too much energy. In addition, an ECOJOKO eco-meter was installed, providing real-time data on electricity consumption, temperature and humidity, as well as overall consumption.

Simple and logical actions, such as turning off the air conditioning before leaving, closing the windows when going out onto the terrace, or closing the pool shutter in the evening or when you are away, will also help to significantly reduce your energy impact.

To minimize water waste, we have taken several measures:

-
Installation of economical taps, showers with air infiltration and low-flush toilets, ensuring minimal water consumption while remaining efficient.
-
Use of an efficient BOSCH washing machine with low water consumption for each wash.
-
Installation of a SWIMCLEAR swimming pool water filter from Hayward, oversized with 4 cartridges for complete filtration of swimming pool water over a year, requiring only one filter wash per year, the equivalent of 1 /2 bathtub of water.
-
Automatic drip watering is used over a few months, thanks to the minimal planting of plants, taking into account the original well-wooded land.

In anticipation :

-
The installation of solar panels by 2025 to better control the energy impact of the swimming pool.
-
The installation of a composter, made available to all.
-
The installation of gutters to collect rainwater in a cistern, intended for automatic watering of plants during the summer months.
