Regulations Villa Casa Di Nicholas:
To ensure an optimal stay, we ask you to carefully observe the following rules. We thank you for your understanding and wish you a most pleasant stay at Villa di Nicholas. Dear customers, for the well-being of all, we invite you to maintain silence throughout the grounds and to avoid any noise around the swimming pools, whether day or night. Please pay particular attention to noise from 10 p.m. You are in a small hamlet in the countryside and the noise carries far.
- Please drive at walking pace when entering the hamlet and on the path giving access to the house.
- Reservations are not accepted for smokers. Smoking is prohibited in the house and outside.
- You have at your disposal 3 bins in the house and compost in the garden: Household waste, packaging and glass. You have at your disposal at the entrance to the hamlet 1 bin for household waste and 1 bin for packaging. For glass, you need to go to the nearest collection point, close to the airport (6 kilometers).

- When you arrive, you will find a clean and spotless house. End-of-stay cleaning does not exclude leaving the villa in good condition (the trash must be thrown away, the dishes are done and clean).
- THE SWIMMING POOL: 3.5 m x 7 m long and 1.50 m deep. The swimming pool is salt treated and heated. There is no addition of chlorine. Children (especially if they cannot swim) are the full responsibility of their parents. The swimming pool has a roller shutter which provides pool safety for children. This shutter also ensures that the temperature is maintained. You will be given a key on your arrival which will allow you to open the shutter and close it. Make sure that no one is in the pool when you close the roller shutter. Please be careful to remove the locking clips before opening the pool, otherwise the motor will tear off the clips and the damage will be retained on your deposit. Please be careful to close the roller shutter at night and when you leave the house during the day. When you close the roller shutter, please put the locking clips back in place on both sides.
