Living room / Dining room Kitchen: At your disposal, a 40 m² living room with all the comforts. 55" Android TV, sofa, armchair, round dining table for more conviviality with 6 chairs. Holiday-friendly, spacious, well-equipped and practical kitchen with all the modern equipment you would expect. ​

 

 

Terrace: Covered 20 m², equipped with an outdoor kitchen with sink, storage and gas plancha. A complete outdoor lounge with its sofa and armchairs for a moment of relaxation, a large outdoor table and its 6 chairs for lunches or dinners near the swimming pool. ​

 

 

Bedrooms: 3 comfortable bedrooms with storage cupboards. 1 bedroom with King Size bed, 1 master bedroom with King Size bed and its bathroom (Italian shower, sink, WC), 1 bedroom with 2 90X200 beds which can be joined together to form a Queen Size bed if necessary ( sheets suitable for Queen size bed). ​

 

 

Other comfort: 1 shared bathroom with its walk-in shower, sink. 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room with its very quiet washing machine, storage spaces. ​ All rooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning depending on the season. All bathrooms have a heated towel rail. The house has high-speed fiber. Wi-Fi is accessible in all rooms of the house and also outside. ​

 

 

Linen and cleaning: Linen (sheets and towels) are provided with each reservation. A car seat, a high chair, a baby bed and crockery suitable for small children are at your disposal in the house. ​

 

 

Arrival time is from 3 p.m. and departure time is from 10 a.m.
